Sorry for not posting in such a long time. Getting back to school took a bit to adjust. I'm just posting some of my recent beauty buys and sharing my thoughts on them.

Clinique Exfoliating Scrub Super-Exfoliante Just bought the "super-exfoliante" version of this scrub (I couldn't find the picture on sephora.com)... and I like it. It's a lot gentler than other popular scrubs, such as St. Ives Apricot Scrub. I like how it also has menthol in it, making my face feel extra refreshed. I think I've noticed a slight difference in the size of my pores and my blackheads, which is the main reason I bought this scrub. I've only used it twice so far, I will post another update after a week or two :)

Makeup from The Body Shop! 3 for $10--I'm beginning to amass a makeup collection, how could I not resist? Pictured here are: Pink Glow Enhancer in Pink 02, Cheek Bloom in Desert Rose 01, and Duo Shadow in Eucalyptus Grey 02.
These products are all decent--my favorite would have to be the Cheek Bloom, the pigmentation of it is just amazing. I'm always on the hunt for super pigmented blush. If I want a lighter look, I'll just lightly dab a brush in it, but if I'm feeling for rosy cheeks, a normal swipe would do it too. The eyeshadow duo is okay--pigmentation decent, not anything great. I was confused on what the Pink Glow Enhancer did at first, but now I use it more as a blush primer. So after I moisturize and apply a light layer of foundation to my face, I'll take a small amount (or else it gets too shimmery) and rub it on the apples of my cheeks. It really makes a difference and I love that it makes my blush just pop.

The top swatch is a swipe of blush using my finger OVER the pink glow enhancer and the second swatch (apologies, it is barely visible) is just the blush with one swipe of my finger. Again, it just helps diversify looks.
I also picked up Urban Decay's Primer Potion--simply amazing. Here I used the darker shade of my eyeshadow duo to prove why.

The top is the darker eyeshadow applied with an eyeshadow brush and the bottom is the same thing, just with UDPP on the bottom. It makes such a huge difference! It helps my shadow last all day :) I don't wear eyeshadow daily, but for the days that I do and for nights out, UDPP will be SO handy.
That's all I have for now (too lazy to post the rest), but expect more updates soon :)
